At first I thought it was a good place to live. The 2 bedroom floor plans are a little awkward and I didn't like the fact that my bedroom was so close to the front door that I could hear my roommate come in everytime.

Then I tried moving out already after my lease was up. The office staff was very unprofessional and tried to charge me 15 days of rent after I mailed my letter stating that I was moving out in 15 days (according to FL statute you only have to give 15 days notification). They said I needed to give them 30 days notice, which I replied again to the FL statute. Their office staff is really unorganized and unprofessional.

Also the manual they give you states that there is a place to work on your car. When I asked where it was they said there was no place and that I would have to change my oil in my car somewhere else.
