We leaved in St. Croix for more then 6 years. My husband and me are foreigners; use to work in USF Medical Center. Before the birth of our baby we were looking for some other places in the area, but cannot find anything better. Here are pros and cons from our point of view.
Pros:
1. Great floor plan (we rented the largest 2b/2b with the go around balcony)
2. Great price (we have preferable employment discount)
2. Amazing resort like landscape with two ponds
3. Social activities Santa party for kids, pool parties
4. Friendly stuff and good maintains
5. Great commute to USF
6. After moving, despite the minor damages in appt ,we were not charged a penny
Cons:
1. When I went on maternity leave I was annoyed by morning vacuuming and cleaning they try to keep areas around pools extra nice, so our choice of app with the view was mistake for stay at home person.
2. Some neighbors are load students
3. At night people got to the pool area despite close gates and partying overnight another mistake for choosing the pool view
4. If you come home late it is hard to find a parking near your building
But overall I was happy and recommended this place for two of my colleagues from Moffitt, they like it too.

O.K. So How's Your Job at St. Croix?...This is an OBVIOUS post from an Employee. (Nice try though) I like the whole "Pool Apartment View was a mistake" thing because YOU, as a St. Croix EMPLOYEE know, that those pool units are probably already leased out and are using it as a selling point to lease the Non-Pool view Apartments. Classic Leasing Agent Tactic! Also, acting like this is the Premier Place for Young Professionals is like telling a pig on the way to the slaughter house that He's just going on a Luxurious extended vacation. Your "Colleagues" must be Janitors or ---- Picker-uppers at Moffit or some other low-wage garbage hauling ---- Scrubbing position for You to ever recommend this place for anyone who is a REAL Professional. What Professional would tolerate such childish Misdemeanors and Felonies being Perpetrated DAILY at their Residence Grounds?.. NO ONE, the REAL, TRUE Professionals are either IN Tampa Palms or Further into New Tampa. You St. Croix Employees will resort to any low-life tactic to con People into renting there, won't You? Even so low as to keep posting here Anonymously to make the place sound better than it really is. You lack Integrity, Moral fiber, Character, Honesty, Ethics, Understanding and Compassion...Just because You keep repeating lies does not make them truth. St. Croix touts a bigger Myth than the Easter Bunny, The Ancient Greeks, Santa Claus, The Boogey Man, Lucky the Leprechaun, Bigfoot, The Lochness Monster and the Tooth Fairy working Overtime on a Black Friday taking copious amounts Multiple Stimulant Drugs! St. Croix has single-handedly created a whole New Jandra and category for MYTHOLOGY! Perhaps this employee Who wrote this should become a Fiction Writer.. This post shows You have GREAT TALENT FOR IT!
