I have lived here for about 1 year and so far have gotten 2 letters posted on my door about crime..Both were about Young Black and Hispanick[----] suspects in regards to Violence and Vandalism. I don't understand how or why they allow this kind of element into renting their units' I have looked out my balcony on My days off from Work and see the "Ghetto" types that prowl the grounds during the Day..It looks like a Prison Courtyard with all the young punks with crooked hats and sagging to the knee Ass-flaunting baggy pants that usually never go higher than their socks..SICKENING!..The Place has gone under some cosmetic improvements and some additional ammenities have been added. Still, if the Place wants to be project Housing..Then be a project Housing Community Development.. If NOT, then extricate the current Trash that resides here and only rent to decent people who take care of and appreciate the Hard Work, Added Ammenities and Cosmetic Improvements and Upgrades the Complex is Envisioning Undertaking and STOP allowing the Ghetto Trash to undermine this endeavor. These "Ghetto" types have their own communities and "HOODS" to live in and don't see why they have to destroy this one like they have so many others. Aren't there enough Slum Ghetto's in Tampa'..Well, I now see why this place is located at the bend where 30th Street turns into Bruce B. Downs Blvd. just right up the road is the exclusive commuity of Tampa Palms...Well, this Bend in the road is apparently the ASSCRACK of Tampa Palms..FULL OF ----!...As My Mother would say it's time for this place to "Either ----, or get off the Pot!"..or "Take the Trash Out!"...St. Croix has an excellent Potential, but it MUST take a closer look and be more selective in whom they lease to FIRST, Before they undertake such tasks as improving the Property..If they don't take out the Trash First they will only have an expensive bill on constantly repairing and fixing things the Ghetto Trash keep destroying over and over again because they have NO APPRECIATION FOR ANYTHING!...Sounds and looks like St. Croix accepts Section 8.. THIS NEEDS TO STOP IMMEDIATELY! On a final note: St.Croix boasts of being a "Gated Community" but the gates are ALWAYS OPEN 24/7/365'...would someone please explain to Me the point of being a "Gated" Community when the the gate stays open'..Try to slip Past Tampa Palms Gates and see how far You get'..I just answered My own question!!. The gates have to stay open because he DRUG Dealers that live here have to be able to be accessible to their Clients 24/7/365...

If noticed some of the same things. Do you think these people really live there or they just wander in through the open gate? That's really not that clear to me. I've been noticing lately a lot of helicopters circling in the evening and sometimes even during the day as though they are looking for people who might have sought refuge inside St. Croix. Sometimes they even shine their lights inside my windows from the helicopters, it's really disturbing.
