This is a reveiw that needs to be sent out. I know its mostly for complaints but no one really ever talks about the good things that go on. I want everyone to know that there are good things going on at St. Croix. I have lived here for about 2 years and have had my concerns and have been frustrated at times. Why this reveiw, well I need to compliment the management, office staff and the maintenance staff. I have had roof problems and problems with getting answers to questions and other concerns that never got taken care of or answered. I have had the pleasure of talking to the new manager and getting what I could not get solved solved with in days, now thats worth writing about. Instead of complaining go and talk to management you wont be disapointed as I was able to get my concerns heard. I have not renewed yet but will if things stay the same.

Well, after having a vacant apartment upstairs pipe burst and Me getting stuck with $12,000.00 worth of RUINED Furniture and then being told by this WONDERFUL,SUPER-FABULOUS Management You speak of that: "It isn't Their Problem that My furniture got destroyed". I'll pass on that "Talk to Management and watch things get resolved" Approach. Face it, The Place is a SLUM it IS a GHETTO, and It IS a DUMP, The Parolees there that they call Residents are Gutter Trash and there is positively NOTHING GOOD I CAN SAY ABOUT THE PLACE IN IT'S ENTIRETY!!!!IT SUCKS and IT IS A SHIIT HOLE!!!
