Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Since we have moved here, there have been constant fist fights, AC's not working, water lines busting. as I am sitting here right now, I have 3" of water in my downstairs bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and living room. And I can not find an emergancy number.
