I am staying in 1D, for last 1 year, I had enough of trouble with following:
1) parking away from 1-D
2)Compressor of neighboring aptt. is located next to our Bed room made us impossible to sleep for last 1 year.
3) NO excuse allowed once we sign the contract.
I was made to pay for the washer /dryer conn. which was not my requirement
4) in event of request for exchange to better appt. I must pay new deposit
pls. we had enough and in addition to above there is 15$ increase in rent for new contract period....
GOD BLESS SUMMIT WEST, personnally I would never recommend this to new comers especially if aptt. numbers are D type and A type.
