Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
The Good: New kitchen, spacious apartments
The Bad: Office staff is uncaring and maintenance may be incompetent when it comes to maintaining, old AC's, high light bill as a result of the old AC's that maintenance has come five times to fix (never did), beautiful landscaping was promised upon move-in and never happened. Lastly, I've seen police cars racing through the community more times than I care for.
