I called 3 weeks prior to my moving to Florida. I sent in my application and fee ahead of time to ensure that I could move in the day I arrived. After a 24 hour drive I arrived. I had called the previous week to make sure it was okay to move in the day I arrived, they said yes. I got here and I was told the apartment wasn't clean. I couldn't even see it. Management told me to come back in 2 hours. I came back and moved in. There were many things that needed to be taken care of and was ensured they would before the next week. There was broken glass on the porch, moldy falling apart wood under the sink, the counter was falling apart, the a/c unit was coated with dirt and grim, there was a section of wall that needed painted. I've been here for 2 months, NOTHING has been taken care of. They came and taped fake vinyl onto the countertop and its still falling off. They just ignore me everytime I come in. The gate is a pain in the butt, it never works and is so loud. Not a great place and its not clean. My building is like a garbage dump. I read the reviews and decided to give the place a chance, despite what some people said. It was a good price for my financial situation. I suggest to NOT LIVE HERE. It's not a good place. 3 weeks should be plenty of time to clean up a place and fix things. 2 months later nothing is taken care of. Pathetic!

I have to admit, the apartment is a perfect size and very cute... but the grounds are horribly disgusting and nothing is taken care of. I don't feel safe here.
