Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
This was a good place to live back in 04 but when they went condo. Which they are now renting out at a much higher rate and kicked everyone out.
We wanted to stay an extra few weeks but was told no we had to leave so the condo could be converted. We have been gone for 7 months now and they haven't even touched the place. So why the rush'
Maintence is a nightmare and it is not safe. The gates never have close probably at night. we would hear gun shots routinly
