Walls are thin, you can hear everything your neighbor does. My dishwasher was defective when I first moved in. My car was broken into and my radio, backpack and Cd was taken. It turns out that this place is nortorious for car break-ins. Management was OK, nothing to brag about. Just make sure if you lease that you have a alarm installed on your car and if you don't just leave the doors open that way you won't have to repair the broken window when they break into your car.
