Not Bad

I've lived here about 7 months. Compared to what I was used to paying in Boston, I feel that the rent at Swan Lake is very reasonable especially if you take into consideration that they include water, something that many places do not. However if I did have a complaint, it would be my lacking of hot water. In the shower, the hot water only lasts about 10 minutes, not exactly a relaxing shower. Aside from that, I havent had any other complaints, the walls are thin, but they usually are in all apartments, and my neighbors are usually quiet after 6pm and before 10am. As for the parking lot, it is dark and therefore I am not always comfortable walking to my car at night, but I dont believe that it is any worse lit than your typical city street. Using common sense when walking around the parking lot should keep you out of trouble. For a starter apartment, its a good place, if you are looking for long term, maybe not.
