This place is old. The staff does not care about you. You can hear everything that people are doing,Because the place is old. Nice grounds. Staff ok . repairs get done in a hurry. Your rent will sky rocket every year.
Lots of break ins. Cars ,laundry card units
Its right off of dale mabry. Lots of road noise. You can get lots more for less any place else. Most people who live on the grounds are very nice. Just watch your back.
