We lived there for over 3 years, and each year, it got jsut a little bit worse. After incident after incident, we finally decided to leave soon after the Laundry Room was vandalized. The Staff said it would be out of service for a day or two, but it was closed for more like two weeks! The Staff doesn't feel obligated to inform tennets of things like the water being turned off at odd times or the laundry card machene being out of order. And they will definitely try to keep your security deposit no matter how clean you keep your apartment...although I think that's the code of all these type of people in that business. Just be careful. It can be a nice place to live if you stay positive and smile.
