I am a middle-aged woman who moved to Tampa from New York approximately 4 months ago. I looked at several complexes but like the rent at Swan Lake and the staff were very friendly and courteous. I feel I made the right decision because the complex is pretty quiet and I feel very safe here. I will be extending my lease because it is so convenient to everything yet off the beaten path.
