I moved to Swan Lake Apartments recently, and I am pretty disappointed with the inside of the apartments. Ants have been such a HUGE problem!! You cannot have one crumb of sugar on the counter for more than 5 minutes without a whole colony of ants attacking it and making a trail through your entire kitchen. I have spoken to the leasing office and they said that they have people come out and do pest control every so often. I find that very hard to believe because I'm still having the same problem I had when I moved in. This morning I woke up and there were ants all over my pillow and on my mattress!! I am so disgusted, I wish I could break this lease, because I would move across the street to the nicer apartments (about the same price I'm paying) or down the street on Erlich Road. Swan Lake Apartments is a really old apartment complex (there are spiders and ants coming from every crack in the wall), and you can hear the person behind you, to each side of you, and above you going to the bathroom or talking on the phone. This place is a joke, I wish I didn't make the decision to move here.

I am a new member of the Swan Lake community and all I have had are great experiences. I cannot believe anyone would write such a horrible review of such a wonderful place. If there is any problem, the people in the office immediately report it to the maintenance personel and they take care of it. They also have a Pest Control person that is basically on call whenever needed so if this person has ant problems, perhaps they should call the office so that it can be taken care of. I am shocked about this review and still cannot believe it. If anyone reads this, I hope they would not believe this "web of lies"!
