THE PLACE IS O.K BUT THE OFFICE STAFF IS UNPROFFESIONAL AND RUDE, I FEEL LIKE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE TENANTS. THEY WILL HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED AT OWNERS EXPENSE EVEN IF YOU HAVE A DACAL,THEIR ALWAYS COMING IN YOUR APARTMENT SEARCHING AROUND BEING NOISY I HATE IT HERE

Tampa Park Apartments is great 4 live,this is the best apartments i see in Tampa,theres a lot of crap@ss apartments they dont have good maintenance.Others apartments company they dont bring good service,here in Tampa Park they pickup your trash,they fix the things damage of your apartments,and is fun when you jang out outside nobody disturb your privacy.Here the people they very friendly and the service of the apartment is great,and the other nice thing is that you have Ybor City very close.
