Your maintenance staff have an incompleted work order for this apartment that is not in your filing system manually or online. This may allow them to have unauthorized access to this apartment. I would perfer that if the work order is not completed that you maintain a record of its disposition on line with a possible completion date and more inclusive information given to the apartment dweller as to an expected completion date. I prefer to be present when any work order is being fulfilled.
