When I wrote my original comments, we had just moved here from CA. After more than a year and a half, I agree with the others here who hate this place. Management changes constantly, and they don't respond to tenants at all. Maintenance is horrible. There is unbelievable vandalism and theft here (my car was stolen last fall, parked under a street light in front of the office!), and they no longer have security (they dismissed their security company, telling us it was no longer needed). We are looking in Brandon, which is a much nicer area. This area is definitely a ghetto, and after some time living here, I would not recommend it, even for an enemy!
