Their web site is a total scam. I moved all the way from Chicago and regret it. The web site sounded wonderful. When I got there, it was this 10 by 14 closet with a dinky kitchen and crappy carpet. The air conditioner started leaking and I called the officec everyday for about a month and no one came out. The carpet got so wet and moldy that I was constantly sick. The screens would fall off the windows so all these bugs would fly inside.

I lived there for a year and a total of 23 cars were broken into and 2 were stolen. THe word I use for that place is GHETTO!!
I had a hell of a time with my moving truck. They have parking cemet blocks in front of each parking place so you can't pull through. Well, I had parked the moving truck there with a tow-dolly on the back...I was stuck...I had to take the tow-dolly off and move it by hand.

THey have gone trough so many managers in 12 months. Including Miss Alabama who got fired because she was just stupid. And then there was Jennifer who didn't care about a damn thing. Wouldn't return phone calls, had a major attitude with everyone...oh but she is really nice to the people that want to move in.

There are 2 different sections to terrace pointe. 1) the nice part by the renters office 2) the chapter 8 housing that is --------.
I feel sorry for those who got tricked into moving into the chapter 8 homes. Also, if you are on the bottom of the chapter 8 homes, beware, because you can here EVERYTHING that goes on upstairs!

the only good thing about terrace pointe was the pool becuase it didn't argue with you or have an attitude.

Overall,my experience here was terrible. Move out while you can, or if you are thinking about moving, move to cypress run.
