I live at Terrace Pointe for the last year, It's a great pleace to live, maintenace is super alway prompt to responsed with in 24 hours of requested. Units are fresh paint it, new carpet and clean at moving time. I love my kitchen with brand new appliances "I'm so locky to have a dishwasher". Office staff is very friendly and proffecial, they even now must of the resident by name, not like somewere else by a number. Security is well, we have a sheriff who live on property and patrol around, it's very quiet and I feel safe. The grownds are always clean and neat. Is one of the best communities that I have live in, come, drive by and see for your self.
