Just Like any other place, good and bad days. Maintenance has improve in the last 6 month, management they always do what they suppost to do, (they knock your door for rent, but they also knock your door as a friend). So far no problems with maintenance or management. Crime is low, Mr. Shorty CIS, always around, we enjoy living here at Terrace Pointe Apts., I invited you and your family to be my neighbort!!!
