We moved to Terrace Pointe 1 year ago, we can't wait to the end of our lease. This place is all outside paint and outside work. They are painting, and fixing the outside but the inside is going down. They let go a manager that care and now we have a fat BBBBBB and Lisa who don't know Sh about apartments or no one walks the property, garbbage all over, the fat BBB at the office don't have a glue of what she is doing, they don't fixed but now they want the rent by the 1st day of the month. My car on 50th street got broke into 3 time, the pools are getting green and the wather on 51st Street, my friend just told me that is well water, but we pay for it. saturday they was without of water all day long, we need to call the THD we all can get a bacteria from drinking that water after the pump was down all day long. Don't move here don't let the "UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT FULL YOU" , if you have a good car and you love your family stay away from TERRACE POINTE. Verry dark halways and outsides areas, drogs dealer at 50st and right on the office site, It's all about money.
