Turning into a getto

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
The apartment complex has been going down hill. What I have witnessed is typical white flight. Drug dealer arrest last week in the parking lot. Loud arguements with people screaming I'm going to kill you. Tenents have no respect for the property. Forget going to the pool unless you like a pack of wild screaming kids. If I could find a way to break the lease I would.
