the way I feel about this HELL HOLE.
Please stay away. When you visit, they display a lovely picture until you actually move in and have to deal with gunfights, suicide attempts (YES), auto theft, street fights and drug dealers in BROAD DAYLIGHT! My neighbor was able to obtain a police report in order to break his lease early without penalty and from 6/2008 to 11/2008, TPD has been called 216 times to this damn property and thats not including the month of Decemner. I havent made it through 9 months of my lease and I've seen three teams of mgmt. go through this property will speaks volumes so if you value your life and your familys life, please stay the HELL AWAY from T.P.A.H. (Terrace Pointe at Hell).
