HI MY NAME IS SUSAN AND I AHVE BEEN IN TERRACE POINT 4 ALMOST A YEAR AND LET ME TELL YOU WHAT I HAVE EXPERENCED SO FAR WELL FOR STARTERS THIER ARE A MILLION ROACHES IN EVERY CORNER OF YOUR HOUSE AND YOU CANT EVEN EAT OR COOK WITH OUT ANY ROACHES CRAWLING ALL OVER YOUR STOVE OR BATHROOM AND THIS PLACE IS IN NO CONDITION FOR A DOG OR A CAT TO EVEN LIVE IN AT ALL !!!!!! SO IF YOU ARE A CLEAN PERSON AND OR LOOKING FOR A NICE PLACE DONT LIVE HERE AND OH I ALMOST FORGOT THEY CHARGE YOU LATE FEE AFTER THE 1ST OF EACH MONTH AND IT IS 10 DOLLARS AND THATS A RIP OFF BUT YEA DONT MOVE HERE BECAUSE YOU WONT NEVER GET ANY SLEEP AT NIGHT BECAUSE THE THUGS ARE LOUD AND THE FLOORS ARE VERY SQUEAKY AND NASTY WELL THANK U 4 YOUR TIME !!!!

It is a horrible place!I am lucky to have moved out I had to break my lease but am not sorry at all!!!
