i recently lived in forest place apartments and my experience was not all that wonderful. when i first moved there yes it was nice but slowly they started accepting section eight and the quality shortly decreased. there were several apartments broken into cars stolen and one evening beer bottles were thrown over the gate and hit cars. the management staff may seem friendly at first but can be ectreamly rude. the maintenece isnt the best either on mothers day the water heater in the empty apartment next to mine busted and it took several hours for the maintence to even arrive menawhile our carpet was soaked and mothers day was runined. ANd our air conditioner was broken down during the summer first thing one morning and it took them two days to get around to the problem. NOt to mention the apartments are very tiny for the money they ask and the area is not wonderful at all. To anyone looking to move into these apaartments concider your options.
