I have lived in this apartment complex for almost a year and the first month I couldn't wait to get out of my lease. That is in April. The tenants here play their music so loud that it is utterly ridiculous. I requested to management 3 times about the music and they claim they sent the tenant a letter. Regardless, the music and the noise prevails. The garbage dumpster piles up quickly especially on the weekends. There's only one dumpster for 11 buildings with who knows how many tenants. The walls are very thin so you hear more than you care to bargain for. Although the rent is cheap, please be reminded that you truly do get what you pay for.
