This place is full of people doing, selling, using drugs. While living there for about 6 months, I saw a gun pulled on someone, walked out of the building to be surrounded by cop cars, approached to purchase drugs, had a drug dealer living below me, and almost physically attacked by an irrational resident. They have added barbed wire around the property in areas, I am not sure if it is to keep people in or out. The staff is generally nice except that female who is one rude mean person. It looks ok and like its different from the surrounding area, but it is just like the surrounding area. DO NOT RENT HERE!
