A lovely,multiethnic oasis in a sea of low-income apartments

This was my second move to an Equity Apartments community in Florida, the first being River Bend Apartments, a total disaster, and one that I vacated within 2 months. Forest Place offered an escape from the surround depressed communities, and the management have been cooperative wheh asked. I would recommend it, if your primary objective is to have a clean, inexpensive apartment close to University Mall and University of South Florida with close-by medical facilities at University Community Hospital, but be prepared to have your car stolen!!!
