This community is now called THE PARK AT STONEBROOK. This place has been nothing but a headache since day #1. I have lived here 7 weeks and it's horrible. They said my apartment was completly re-done and I would be the first tenant since its renewal, LIE. My first day here I found the move-out walk through for the last tenant and they said all the things I got new were new for the last tenant which was a mere 6 months ago. Do you really think they replaced everything twice in one year' Don't think so. The apartment was dirty, Had junk from tenants in cabinets from 2001 and so on. Next they said they would fix everything that was wrong within the first month, LIE. They never even came to fix ONE thing let alone everything in the first 4 weeks. Now they have set dates to begin working on my apartment and stood me up not one day but TWO days this week and showed up today, Friday with no warning. That means I woke up and THEY WERE IN MY APARTMENT! UHHHH I can't stress to you all how much these apartments SUCK! The new staff acts as if they care and will fix things but everything just falls through. Tamara, Debbie, Sheila, get yoru act together and make this place somewhere worth calling HOME. I have called and e-mailed Ruben of Blue Rock Partnes, LLC who manage the property and have got not assistance form him. 7 weeks into my lease I am searching for a NEW place to call home! Anyone with suggestions E-mail me! If you too are looking for a new place to call home RUN from here and good luck on your search.

I couldnt find your email addy anywhere, just curious what apartment # were you in? I'm about to move in there in a week and I want to make sure I'm not getting your apartment!! I have a friend that lives in this complex and he told me that he hasen't had any problems in the three years he has lived here. He did say maintenence was a little slow, but thats about it.
