Out of MANY apartments my sister and I were looking at, this was one of the best ones and not as espensive as all the other 'nice ones'. This area was kinda "ghetto" but there's electronic gates and it seems pretty safe. I'd say it's okay now compared to all these other reviews I've just read. We've had a few small problems with the apartment but it's been fixed by the next day. Downfall is that in the first 4 months of living here our bike got stolen from the second story balcony while out of town. I partly blame myself for not chaining it, but c'mon, second story! Why would someone go through so much trouble' I guess someone really needed a bike. We've had some roudy neighbors and that's about it. The new management is blah but what can you do.
