this place is way overpriced just coz its near univ. mall and usf. lots of ghetto ppl. Gates are for show only. Cars wait till other cars open the gate and sneak in. Found huge dent in my parked car one weekend. Obviously was hit and run. Maintenence staff is the worst possible. They don't know ---- and are underpaid so they work as if they are doing you a favor. When they get new apartment ready, they change carpets to make it look like new but lots of other probs with appliances still remain .Problem with roaches too. Sometimes you find palmetto bugs ( big roach )coming out from sink or ventholes . I guess it must be due to ghetto dirty neighbors around. Walls are waferthin. So there is no privacy.
I won't be renewing my lease. Not worth paying 900 bucks for 2 bedroom. Blue rock retarded management is out of their minds or on crack. Unprofessional staff, unprofessional management, unprofessional maintence crew.
Dont rent this place. If you do out of circumstances, try getting 7 mths lease !!!

I cant even begin to tell you about the staff here !!!! Sheila is a joke, shes the ass manager, who sleeps with just about all who live here...and where in the hell did they find that B$%#% Debbie ????Condescending ----- !!! Every time I would go into the office regarding anything, she would act as if she was better than anyone on this earth....and now they have Tish and Sheila running the place ! Great Combo....I have only lived here for 2 years, seen the changes and dont like the people they have here.....Chris is the only decent person they have here...Please, please, please, if you do lease here, dont let those stupid, silly, heartless, ------- in the office talk you into anything !!! I will be leaving when my lease is up next month....and will never look back !!!
