Honestly, I don't know where are these people getting these stories. Roach problem' Um they have pest control every week and it's called CLEANING. If an apartment is cleaned properly, roaches wouldn't be trying to come in. I've lived here for 2 years and it's been great. I've had only one bad switch and it was fixed the next day. I like it, it's quiet and very family oriented so you know there's not any rowdy college kids. The maintenance people are always friendly and that's a load of bull that they don't speak english, how about stop being racist because they do speak english. Okay it's a little odd that they've been changing the staff within the last few months but geez you only see them once a month to pay the rent which may I add, is not as high as a lot of other apartments in the area and believe me, I have looked. They sometimes give out free pizza or breakfast which hey, is all fine with me. Food, free' I'm there. Just see the apartments, make up your own mind and ignore these reviews because they are incredibly misleading. Maybe I've had a stroke of luck, because I haven't found anything wrong.

Its about time you lay off the crack pipe and be real. Maybe you are one of management posting this BS lies. All this people posting bad reviews about this place can't be wrong. I live here. I know how this place is, as I live here. I can hear my neighbors having sex and I bet they hear me too ( big laugh) . This place was built in early 80s. No real bldg code enforcement or compliance. PARKING IS A HUGE PROBLEM. You will be lucky to find parking within yr block at night as usf jerks and ghetto mo'''..rs over fill this place. Most apartment are filled with ghetto ppl not even on lease. They share rents and their cars fill up your parking. Park at stone brooks is overpriced junk. You can't put lipstick on Pig and make it look like swan. Go for 7 mth lease only. I hope this place gets sued. End of F___G discussion !!!!

hey it's the poster of this review, I forgot my password so whatever I'm seriously not joking when I say I don't find this place so bad. Maybe it's the building I live in or something but I've never had a parking problem. Noise from neighbors? UM look at any other review for any apartment, every one has that same complaint, you know why? oh because they are APARTMENTS, do you honestly expect concrete walls? It's just something people have to deal with it if they're living in an apartment. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, in my case I seriously haven't had a horrible experience living here.
