I have lived here for a year. It was the worst expierance I've ever had with apartment complex. Everything started off good. But when I switched to a 2 bedroom, the apartment they promised me would be ready wasn't, they had to put me in a different apartment (which wasn't ready either) and it threw off my whole move and I had to pay movers extra for the wait and all I got out of it was them making me fell like it was my fault because they can't keep track of things. I've been waiting for 4 months to get my kitchen tile fixed. Its all broken and lifting with grout everywhere, I can't even open my pantry door!!! The staff has made a lot of changes so no one knows whats going on and no one can help you. Everyone has a different excuse and reasons for why it hasn't been done. The only people who where polite and friendly have since left the complex. I deal with someone new everytime I'm in the office. Half the time the building lights aren't on and the gate isn't shut. It makes me feel very uncomortable when I'm walking to my apartment at night. Only good thing is the parking you can find a spot and its usually right in front of your building.
