Finding an appartment now a days is hard to find not mention location, price and availability. I never thought I would write a review but I am, and I am writting a good one which is hard to come by.I have been living in Stonebroke for two years and I gotta say that for the USF area appartments,Stonebrook is decent! I am a USF student and I find it convinient and safe. The builduing I lived in was quiet for the most part. My neighboors upstairs were very noisy but management did a great job taking care of it, The occassional noise upstairs was the only downside about where I lived, but other then that maintaince is really good about emergency repairs, they come raher quickly and they get the job done no problem, and it's fixed. So I would honestly recommend this place, I am not renewing because prices are a bit high for me, prices are not very high but everyone's financial situation is diferrent, so I'd say go for it. The neighboors around you mind there own business some are friendly either way I would definatly recommed this place, especially if you are a USF student because you are minutes away from USF, you don't have to worry about traffic or spending alot of gas money to get there. Also you are close to the grocery store which is convenient and many other restaurants etc. Well see for yourself everyone's experience is different, but as an overall appartment I was satisfied. It has what many people look for, safety, great maintance, nice floorplans and a great staff that get things done.
