I have lived here for over a year and I am very happy. The area is not the best but the property is nice. Well kept, friendly staff, any time I go to the office they are extreamly nice and when I had an issue with my neighbor acting like an animal! The Management eventullay kicked them out! Maintenance cares and they are always friendly and have taken care of the small issues that I had in a timley manner. i will be renewing my lease!

Hmmm? This area is the GHETTO!!! Look around you. However, Stonebrook is the best place in a five mile radious. Unless you do not have a job and you can live at one of the new communites around here that are Section 8. Usually people that have a roach porblem, it's because they are not the cleanest people.

i keep my apartment clean. this place has free pest control for a reason... duh.. figure that out... that why there's holes in corners and stuff so roaches can get in...and yes i do have a job. and i would rather stay in a section 8 apartments than this, but i make to much...don't get me wrong, nice on the outside, but inside, there are things they are hiding, its not worth what i pay... i found out this apartments were remodeled from the 2004 hurricane season, it was flooded, i see why my apartment has a leak in it.. oh i would not stay here if they gonna bump my rent up higher then it already is... nice place too you. but i'm a guy and my girl clean my house every day, theirs no way in hell roaches should be here... peace... there's just some places for everyone...
