We lived there for a year and it was a very nice place to call home. The office and maintainance staff are very polite and accomodating. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and updated seasonally. The pools and other ammenties are very well maintained and the parking is great. The security gates are in working order 99% of the time, though they do stay open a little too long, IMO. The floorplan is very usable and there is a lot of storage space. The bedrooms and bathrooms are good sized for an apartment, though the living room is a little small and the kitchen is average sized.
The only complaints I could give about this community are:
-The location is not great if you have school age children. Though there are a lot of kids in the complex, I would not send my children to public school in that zone. Also, there is a county jail a few miles away, though there are always tons of police officers and a huge police station connected to it so I never felt like it made the area unsafe.
-Some of the fixtures such as faucets and things like that could be upgrades and the bathtubs are smallish. Although the cabinets and countertops are very nice quality for an apartment.
-The noise is not too bad (you can't hear your neighbors talking or their television), but they do allow large breed dogs and our neighbors had 2 dogs that barked all the time and it was very annoying. Also, you can hear people stomping on the stairs a lot, especially if there are a lot of kids in your building.

Overall, if I could have picked this apartment complex up and moved it with me, I would have done so happily.
