I have lived here for almost a year and have had an overall good experience. Maintenance responded immediately to a request I had on my broken toilet and they got the problem fixed.

I've never had a problem with parking, although the parking lot does seem a bit dark at night.

The apartments are NOT in the middle of nowhere. They are located just off of both I-4 and I-75 which is GREAT for commuters like me. The apartment buildings like nice on the outside and are very well maintained. The walls are a bit on the thin side and I can occassionally here my neighbors' conversations.

There are social events held monthly at the community center, for those who like that sort of thing.

The gates are always closed and the only way to enter is with a card or through the visitor call center. I have never had a problem using my card, or with guests reaching me and entering.

My only complaint is the business center, which was supposed to be open 24/7 and yet was closed for months because someone had broken into it and stolen money. Now it is only open business hours, which does not suit my work schedule.
