Okay, we have been here for a week now, I can honestly say so far, so good! The walls are VERY well insulated, even within the apartment, it's hard to hear from one room to the next. Our aparmtment faces the second pool and even with the pool FULL, I can't hear anyone unless on my balcony.

The scenery is beautiful and the apartment is well maintained. There were a few minor flaws when we moved in and within 4 hours of turning in the inspection sheet, maintenance was up and fixing the problems.

The ONLY flaws I see with the place are minor and hopefully can be fixed. I would like to see the security at night to enforce the kids to meet curfew as I've noticed some hanging out by the pools nearly at midnight. And the only other complaint is on the dog walks. Some owners (that must have amazon dogs) aren't picking up their dog's deposits and I've stepped in pooh at least a half dozen times since we've moved in!! That is MOST aggravating!

I'll report again from time to time to update and see if the luster wears off this little jewel, but as for now, the convenience of living near Tampa but not IN Tampa and the serenity we've experienced thus far has made this place worth the 3 flights I have to climb to my little oasis here at the Sanctuary:).
