Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
The apartments are very nice and reasonably priced for their size. I was paying more for a place 300 sq ft smaller at Post Rocky Point. It is usually very quiet, but if your bedroom wall is next to the staircase it can be loud. The location is great because it is two minutes from both I-75 and I-4, and five minutes from the Crosstown Expressway. There are two grocery stores right down the road, and Brandon Mall is only two miles south down I-75. Quick access to the highways, downtown Tampa, and Brandon and the value of the apartment homes makes this place a great deal.
