When I moved here in July 2005, I was very pleased at the complex and all it had to offer. However, in the last 4 months or so, it has really gone downhill. The gate still has not been fixed in over 3 months, garbage is not picked up regularly from the garbage cans around the community (not a good thing when windy weather comes around and blows trash all around), and the lake has a ton of algae in it which it never did last year. I am very disappointed in the way the complex is being managed and I would not recommend moving here.
