They're still sprawled about the landing several weeks later :o) (user photo) I have to say that the dirt is an upgrade to the cig. butts that were all over the landing and up and down the stairs, as well as in the bushes down below. I love being in this eco-friendly residence

New managment is no good

I have lived here now for 6 months and if you are thinking about moving the please don't. I pay 1260 for 3br and I can't have them fix the gym for the past few months. only one machine from the cardio works and the gates never close. So when they say gated it is bs. Maintanance is not ok, they are so cheap. They would rather come many time to fix the same stupid thing than replacing the broken part. If you stuck in one of those building were you get no parking then you will endup waling 150 - 200 ft to you apartment and that may not be a problem when you have no shopping bags.
They are overprcied surrounded by an area that looks like it is a piece from world warII. I just don't see what is so special about them to charge whole lot for their appartments, the design is average, the material is average, the service is below average.
