Lived at the Sanctuary for 2 years. The customer service sucks. Management staff seemed helpful but were really being condescending because they never really intend to address tenant problems. At times staff in the office are down right hostile & untruthful.Unsafe conditions developed on the complex from insect nests that went unattended to the type of people allowed to rent there. The rear pool was always dirty & unaccessible most of the time. The grounds are not maintained with garbage in the laundry rooms, overflowing garbage cans by the mailboxes and urine smells on the stairwells. Holes in the gates around the grounds allow anyone to enter the complex. The camera for the security gate was always broken. Maintenance staff enters apartments without knocking to make repairs & the repairs always broke again anyway. Repairs that were needed were blamed on the tenant instead of poor workmanship & cheap materials .

I could'nt agree more! The staff definately couldn't care less about the people who rent there. They make it look like all sunshine and rainbows when your signing your lease after your locked in for a year things quickly spiral downwards. The manager and staff could not be more unprofessional and ridiculous in the way they are fake, rude and just plain ugly to renters. DO NOT RENT from the Sanctuary. It's unsafe, dirty and very very very poorly maintained. People I know who have lived there,myself included definately regret it.
