I lived here in 2 different units for the last 2.5 yrs. Upon my initial move in back in October 2007, I was at first very pleased. Within 2 mths, I dealt with a very noisy neighbor & her monster kids that would run around at all hours of the night (above me). I had complained on a monthly basis to nearly a weekly basis, calling the police to file a noise complaint, etc. The property manager (at that time) offered me a deal to move to a larger apartment at the same rental rate. I was very pleased to accept that offer. Of course, the property manager left, my records were not accurantly updated (blame was placed on software updates) with the rest of management & I started receiving annoying calls from the new ---istant manager about late rent/fees...etc.....When I asked them to review my account they found a credit balance of over $800.....I ended up moving 6 mths later (purchased new home). I have continually been up front with management, providing 60 days vacant notices (of which they claimed they didn't receive), graciously asked for lease extensions (of which they provided on several occasions) but claims that the software program never made the updates on my file. I was then charged the MARKET RATE of my unit ($1160 approx) which clearly does not justify for these 2bd/2bth apartments.
Word of advice...if you have plans to live here...DO NOT DEAL WITH THE ---ISTANT PROPRETY MANAGER - -----------......She is inadequate, clearly overworked, and does not properly monitor accounts/balances AND in most cases hostile when trying to collect rent in arrears.

First of all this is ridiculous! Why am I not surprised-I could not agree with the poster more! -------- and her are both horrible at their jobs and living there sucks ---! They both should be fired! Of course they didn't recieve your 3 month notice, of course you had all those problems because they can't do their damn jobs. Good luck to you jsuhar and be glad you are out of there!

No, you shouldn't be able to defend yourself. Did that ----------- have a chance to defend herself when your ------- called her the "N" word in the parking lot? I don't think so. You seem like the hostile one.. not the management at The Sanctuary. =)

Once again this IS NOT about racism but about my experiences of living at the Sanctuary. The LACK of proper management and details I stated have NOTHING to do with the color of ones skin. My experiences, my frustrations. Any additional claims from you about ME, my ------- or statements that I am "ignorant" is unwarranted. Regardless if you lived near me or not for XXX amount of months/years doesn't prove a thing when making claims of "knowing" me. You are taking an isolated incident out of context, forming it to bad mouth me & my ------- and expect me NOT to defend my character? KISS MY ---!

Couldn't agree more, -------- is the rudest person I have met in the hospitality business. Either she wants me to move out or she has no idea how to treat people with decency and respect. She spent 20 minutes with one of my roommates discussing fees and prices and then wouldn't give me five minutes even after I waited for hours in the office. The property owners needs to think seriously about hiring someone more professional. I'm pretty sure my name is on the lease equally as much as my roommates name is on the lease.
