I no longer live at this property, not because of any unpleasantries but rather the opposite. I lived on property for almost 3yrs before losing my job from situations I need not discuss. Luckily i still had my part-time job which was better than no income. What i would like to say is how helpful and professional the staff at the Sanctuary have been. When i told the staff that i would have to break my lease because i could no longer afford rent they could have easily let me go and suffer the penalty of fees tied into my lease however, they sat me down and we discussed ways that we could work together to help keep a roof over me & my family's head without falling delinquent with rent. Needless to say with the help of Michelle, N"zinga, Eleanor, Angela, & Meagan i was able to afford the final three months of rent(necessary to fulfill my lease) before moving into a home of our own which may not have been possible had there been an eviction or bad rental history attached to my name. I highly recommend this property as i would still be there had i not been blessed with a beautiful home!

There is NO WAY this reponse is true. Of all the little things that people have complained about there is no way possible that the Staff worked with you when you said you could no longer pay your rent, complete BS. If this is true you are either related or a friend of the staff, ther than that it's complete crap

U knows what... thats your opinion and not because your bitter and unhappy for what ever reason mean that you should rag on any one... I am not management just a happy ex resident, living my life... Grow up... You people may have mishaps in life, no one is perfect and I am damn sure you are not... I'm sure that management has done good deeds, and bent over backwards to help, but as soon as you cant get a free ride, you get upset and post negatively on this site. Who ever read this take in to consideration there is always two sides to a story...
