Welcome Home! Once you move to The Sanctuary at Highland Oaks you will be greeted by an amazing staff! I have lived at The Sanctuary for two and half years and upon moving in, I felt as though the staff were my extended family. Their graciousness just comes naturally to each and everyone of them. It always amazed me that they knew ALL the tenants by their first name and treated everyone with respect. The maintenance crew are just as caring. If I called and needed assistance in my apartment, they were there within the hour. I no longer live at The Sanctuary because, unfortunately, my business took a hit, it was better that I share a home with my family. There is no reason you should be reading any more reviews of other apartments because you just now found your apartment HOME!! Get ready to make beautiful memories! Isn t that what it s all about'

I know this had to be posted by one of the staff. No one in their right mind would even give them half of the credit that was given in this review. The staff sucks royally, customer service is lousy & dishonest to a fault. The grounds are unsafe, in bad condition & the apartments are disasters waiting to happen.

Its nice of the people who work there to post crap like this so they dont look so bad. Point blank this place sucks. The only time the people are nice is when they are trying to get you to move in. After you sign your papers then they could care less about you. I have lived here for about 7 months now and this has been the worst place I have ever lived. I am trapped until my agreement runs out or I would have left long ago. The complex is always dirty with trash. Parking is terrible. It takes maintenance a long time to fix something. The apartments are very large but if I had to do it all over again I would have never moved here. Dont do it. Big mistake.

This place sucks, go to The Park at Kensington instead. My wife and I lived there for 2 years and loved it.

I am the one that wrote the original review. I do not work for the Sanctuary. Possibly the people that have responded do work for another Apartment complex. If in deed you live at the Sanctuary, you might want to talk to your neighbors and ask them to simply bend over and pick up the trash they casually threw on the ground. The parking is more than ample and the grounds are kept up wonderfully. As far as the message goes from alternajock33, you stated that you lived at The Park at Kensington, if that place was so great WHY DID YOU MOVE OUT OF IT? Have a wonderful week and don't forget to take a dip in one of your two pools or a brisk walk around the fountained lakes. Oh, by the way, if you have a dog theres a great pet walk area, they even supply you with the bags. Hmmmmmmmmm, doesn't sound like such a bad place, now does it.

I have been looking for an apartment in the area (work near 301 and I-4). I will not consider the Sanctuary due to the obvious staff review. I find that offensive.
