I moved in two weeks ago, and so far I'm loving it! I don't have a great deal of apartment living but the grounds are beautiful, I (and my dog) enjoy all the oak trees and the lake filled with ducks. The staff is nice but I have have to say Eleanor is the agent to ask for. She is a seasoned leasing agent and knows her stuff, I had 4 items on my move in list, 2 very important and 2 minor. Not only did I get a follow up phone call but 2 were fixed THAT DAY and 2 the next day. Dave is my prefered maintains "grounds keeper". Dave is friendly, has dog bones on his golf cart and has a pleasent smile always! Yes, I can hear my upstairs neighbors but I think common courtesy goes a long way!!!! The first week here I received an invitation to a wine tasting put on by the community, although I was swimming in boxes I think this is a great way to meet your neighbors if you wish. BRAVO!
I have not been to the pool yet but as I walk my dog (4 times a day) the childern are in check, always supervised by parents "having fun". I love living here, my apartment is on the lake, not all the apartments have such a nice view. Make sure the leasing agent shows you your apartment before you sign or you could look out on the parking lot. I'm very happy, please be my neighbor at the Sanctuary at Highland Oaks!

Aw, it was so nice of the staff at the complex to write such a wonderful review about themselves. I can promise you MOST of the people who live here do not think so highly of this place. As for wine testing, yeah I got that same invite. Nice to see a complex promote drinking. I would think there may be something unlawful about that whole thing. Did they check ID? Just not a good idea if you ask me. If this is TRULY a tenant, two weeks? Give it just a short time longer and you will see why everyone else thinks this place is a dump! Trust me. I've been here 6 months and I cannot wait to get the hell out! Bad maintenance. Incompentant office staff. And there is ALWAYS trash everywhere! Look Elsewhere! I'm going to go to the Estates At Tuscany.
