The apartments are fairly spacious, but it just seemed to be more space for problems to occur. My first month living there my car was broken into. My apartment would flood almost on a monthly basis and maintenance was practically useless. Ants ran rampant in my apartment for the first month. Thankfully my upstairs neighbors the first few months were quiet because when the new people moved in I could hear light talking through the ceiling. Parts of the parking lot and property would flood during thunderstorms. The manager was completely useless, she had my car towed for my registration sticker being ripped instead of just telling me I needed to fix it. She also brilliantly decided to fix the pool in the summer instead of the winter, so therefore the pool was out of commission all summer. The clubhouse and playground are jokes. The clubhouse consists of a little porch thing next to the pool with three broken cheap pool chairs. The playgrounds swings are broken and it was actually probably unsafe for children to be around.
