Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I have been here almost two years(two years too long) and since I have been here there has been two different office managers. So what does that tell you.This place is a total hell hole and the apartments are old. I am disguised by the thought of hardworking people having to deal with such a mess. Cagan Group should be ashamed of themselves for letting people live in these conditions. I bet they are living in a plush house thriving off the money. I will say the new manager will act, only when you threaten or call corporate. Please tear this place down.
