yeah the space is huge but not worth the floor feeling like its gonna cave in, hearing neighbors fighting and screaming, squirls living in the ceiling, toilet not flushing all the way since i got there,bad electric made kitchen almost catch on fire, high crime, cars getting broken into, guys trying to sell me drugs on the way to my car, unsafe playground for kids, washer/dryers being removed without notifying residents. thank god i speak spanish. my boyfriend lived there for years before i moved in none of the many maintnance complaints were taken care of. i walk into the officxe speaking spanish and all the sudden the staff was very nice to me and got atleast the toilet fixed. the place is just like the projects. its infested with roaches, old, and needs to be condemned. if you dont speak spanish dont bother even trying to talk to the managment. they only spoke to me cause im cuban. on a 1-4 i give it a negative 4
